Do I need to download anything?

No. There is nothing to download for a Hinterview. You simply
need to be using an up to date version of Chrome or Firefox.

Do I need an account?

You do not need to create an account to do a Hinterview. You can access everything using the link that your recruiter will send to you.

How does Hinterview work?

A Hinterview is a two-way video call so you will need to ensure you have good WIFI or mobile signal for a quality connection. Once you are connected you will be able to discuss and prepare with the recruiter before recording your Hinterview.

How do I give permission to use my camera/microphone?

The first time you join a Hinterview you will need to allow permissions for Hinterview to access your camera and microphone. Please make sure you allow your camera and microphone permissions when prompted. If you would like to test your camera and microphone ahead of your interview you can run a free online test.

Yes, you can easily add subtitles to a Hintro. They can be added automatically and are fully editable.

Yes. We are able add your own branding to the platform as part of our standard service.

Is Hinterview GDPR-compliant?
